Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days of receipt, Monday through Saturday. You will receive an order update with the tracking number and the expected delivery date by email when your order ships. You should receive your package about a week after ordering! Shipping rates are based on your order total, location and your choice of delivery service (USPS or UPS).

If your shipment arrives in damaged condition, please notify the carrier immediately.
'Shipping Soon' Order Status - Adding Items/Combining Orders
When your order is packaged and out for shipment, we'll update the order status to 'Shipping Soon'. If you'd like to add items and have them included in the shipment for your current order, just place another order before the order status is set to 'Shipping Soon'. If both orders are to be delivered to the same address, we'll combine them into one package and issue a refund for the shipping charges on the second order.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or for store credit, less shipping. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges in the event of a return.
To make a return or exchange, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging.
