Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days of receipt, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a tracking number and the expected delivery date by email when your order ships. We charge a flat rate based on your location and your choice of delivery service (USPS or UPS).
In the United States,
US Postal Service: Free (orders $20 and over)
US Postal Service: $2.50 (orders less than $20)
UPS Ground: $7.50 (orders $20 and over)
UPS Ground: $10.00 (orders less than $20)
UPS 2nd Day Air: $35.00

In Canada, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom,
US Postal Service: $5.00

If you live in a country that's not on our shipping list, ask us and we'll likely add you!

If your shipment arrives in damaged condition, please notify the carrier immediately.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or for store credit, less shipping. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges in the event of a return.

To make a return or exchange, notify us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging.

A Gift Certificate cannot be returned or refunded once it has been redeemed.
